The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions and drive customer engagement across European markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud.
• At least 1 year hands-on Marketing Cloud experience.
• Expertise in Campaigns, Email and SMS Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, implement, and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions integrated with Service Cloud.
• Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns focusing on email and SMS outreach.
• Configure and optimize automated customer journeys through Journey Builder.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
