Job summary

AIDA projektai, MB seeks an experienced Marketing Cloud Consultant to join a US-based healthcare project on a Greenfield Salesforce implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud). You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, lead workshops, and guide delivery from start to finish.

You will work in a global, multicultural environment with strong emphasis on digital marketing KPIs, data migration, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email marketing, PPC, conversion metrics).
• Hands-on expertise with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integrations (Marketing Cloud Connect).
• Salesforce certifications (active or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira).
• Familiar with Salesforce product ecosystem (Sales, Service, Communities, AppExchange).
• Excellent English communication skills, comfortable in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design, and implement Salesforce solutions from scratch.
• Lead requirement-gathering and client workshops, document business needs.
• Present solution options, weighing declarative vs. customized approaches.
• Develop and manage delivery lifecycle phases: implementation, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Perform impact analysis for scope changes and document modifications.
• Participate in system configuration and end-user acceptance testing.
• Advise clients on Salesforce enhancements and roadmap strategies.

About the job Marketing Cloud Consultant

For our client, we are looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant.

This is a full-time engagement for a U.S.-based healthcare projectundergoing a Greenfield Salesforce implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud). The project aims to modernize and streamline business processes while collaborating with B2B partners and resellers.

The Ideal Candidate

6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email marketing, PPC, conversion metrics)

Hands-on expertise with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder

Skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integrations (Marketing Cloud Connect, etc.)

Strong background in Digital Marketing practices

Salesforce certifications (active or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira)
