Qualifications

• Minimum a year of experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as a business consultant.
• Proven commercial experience in delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and technology.
• Experience building email templates (drag&drop + HTML/CSS tweaks).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with client engagement ability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or engagements.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation projects.
• Analyze customer needs and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
• Design system functionalities according to business requirements.
• Conduct training for the client’s team.
• Help create marketing automation strategies.
• Support pre-sales with Proof of Concept solutions for prospects.

Responsibilities

• Taking part in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement implementation projects (from the analysis stage, through implementation, training and commissioning of the system)
• Analysis of customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities
• Designing system functionalities according to business requirements
• Configuring journeys, content and data automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
• Conducting training for the client’s team
• Helping to create marketing automation strategies catered towards the clients’ business goals
• Creating project documentation and conducting presentations
• Participating in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, both in Poland and abroad

Required Skills

• Minimum a year of experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform in the role of business consultant
• Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud commercial experience - working as consultant/developer on delivery projects
• Strong understanding of marketing processes and technology, SQL & AMPscript proficiency or willingness to learn
• Experience with building email templates (drag & drop platforms + HTML/CSS tweaks where needed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project engagements
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to document project work and solution design
• Fluency in English
