Job summary

A leading technology partner in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will manage project scopes, drive change, and ensure successful execution of projects. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience, strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and fluency in Polish and English. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project implementations is required.
• Experience leading at least 10 projects, particularly in Salesforce, would be beneficial.
• Must be data-oriented and capable of preparing detailed reports.
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira.
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level.
• Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop project objectives and detailed implementation plans.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives.
• Work with data and prepare detailed project reports.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value.
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Duties

• Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives
• Work with data and prepare detailed project reports
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities

Required skills

• 4+ years of experience in implementation projects (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects)
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level
• Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken)
• Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach

Nice to Have

• Fluent German or French
• Salesforce configuration experience or deep understanding of the platform's business capabilities
• Ability to explain the Salesforce release process and knowledge of core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM)
• Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools)
