Job summary

SoftServe seeks a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise strategy and governance across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, shaping scalable Salesforce solutions and custom apps.

You will drive advanced customization, master data architecture, and secure integrations with MuleSoft and SAP, while embedding Generative AI capabilities into delivery processes and mentoring distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 4 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce internals.
• Proven enterprise integration experience using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware and event-driven patterns.
• Strong data modeling, migrations, governance, and quality assurance capabilities.
• Daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in software delivery with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
• Lead advanced Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Flow, and event-driven architecture.
• Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Architect and govern integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, GIS/ESRI, and legacy systems.
• Own Salesforce data architecture, migrations, data modeling, governance, and integration with Enterprise Data Platform and Data Cloud.
• Architect and integrate Einstein AI, GenAI-enabled flows, and Agentic AI tools into Salesforce solutions.
• Drive AI-augmented SDLC quality standards and measure improvements in delivery efficiency.
• Ensure platform governance, security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across onshore and offshore teams.
