SoftServe is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to join the Salesforce team. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development - it sits at the intersection of enterprise integration architecture, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery.

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps, mentor teams, implement MuleSoft integrations, and drive secure, scalable data pipelines while embracing Generative and Agentic AI in daily

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with leadership.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL and platform internals.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.
• Proven track record in data migration projects and ETL design.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds and custom apps.
• Define coding standards, patterns, and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git).
• Mentor Salesforce developers across onshore and offshore teams.
• Design and implement MuleSoft integrations with SAP, Documentum and legacy systems.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Own Salesforce data architecture and lead data migration, transformation, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Platform and Data Cloud teams on scalable pipelines.
• Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to accelerate development and automation.
• Champion AI-augmented SDLC and improve velocity, QA/BA effort, and sprint throughput.
• Ensure platform security and regulatory compliance with stakeholders and QA teams.
