Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support our sales team with administrative tasks, quote generation, and order processing on a 12‑month contract. You will work in a hybrid setting, coordinating pre- and post‑sale activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a high school/technical diploma and about two years in sales support, with excellent English, advanced MS Office skills, and CRM familiarity (Salesforce or similar).

Qualifications

• High School/Technical School diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in sales support or related role.
• Good command of English in an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers meet testing requirements and adoption timelines.
• Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
• Process quotes into Orders using the ERP system and adjust orders as needed.
• Support sales professionals with administrative sales tasks.
• Track account history and supply data to assist account owners and representatives.
• Build internal problem-solving networks to improve delivery and customer experience.
• Meet timelines for pre- and post-sales activities with a strong customer focus.
• Schedule follow-ups and assist turning quotes into orders.
