Sales manager in financial services and insurance
The Future Mind team is looking for a seasoned professional to join us in the position of Senior Sales Manager – Financial Services & Insurance in Warsaw. Future Mind is a brilliant, inspiring team of around 270 people and, since 2024, part of the Nordic Solita Group (2,500+ people across more than a dozen markets). Together, we create high-quality solutions that fulfill the business needs of our clients and impact the lives of their customers every day.
- developing a portfolio of financial services and insurance clients together with our Customer Success Partners
- opening new relationships with high-potential companies where we are just starting the conversation
- running sales processes end to end, from qualification to signature
- coordinating the bid team (architect, designer, analyst) – you lead the offer, you don’t write the technical proposal yourself
- building your own pipeline through inbound leads, outreach and referrals
- talking to clients about their business and calculating the value of a project with them, not just its cost
- keeping your deals and accounts up to date in HubSpot
- at least 5 years of B2B sales of IT services or solutions to enterprise clients
- a track record of closed deals above PLN 1 million
- experience in long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders on the client side
- the ability to lead a business conversation: ask about the problem, quantify the value and defend the price with outcomes, not hourly rates
- the ability to work with a bid team and with partners more senior than you – we’re not looking for a solo player
- CRM discipline (we work in HubSpot)
- fluent Polish and English – Polish with clients, English within the Solita Group
- a portfolio of clients with real potential, not a list of cold contacts
- expert support from our advisors, architects and Data & AI team
- arguments our competitors don’t have – including GenAI with guaranteed EU data residency through the Solita Group’s partnership with Anthropic
- access to competencies and case studies from Solita’s markets across Europe
- a compensation model with a real variable component and no cap on your bonus
- a non-corporate, transparent work environment where everyone has their say
- continuous professional development and financial support when you want to learn, take part in a conference, or go to a meetup
- hybrid work based in Warsaw, with real time spent at client sites, and flexible working hours
- fully paid private health insurance, subsidized sports membership, and language courses
- free breakfast, snacks, and drinks at the office, a chill-out space, a foosball table, and some gaming gear at our Warsaw office for when you need to relax and charge your batteries
