Job summary

The Source team at LSEG is seeking a Senior Associate to help govern content for a critical sales enablement platform used across the organization. You will collaborate with SMEs across time zones, perform governance checks, and run training sessions to empower frontline users.

This role combines content governance, data quality, reporting, platform testing and stakeholder engagement. You will help shape the platform's future, participate in demos, and support new feature releases while building

Qualifications

• Experience with a Content Management System is nice to have, not required.
• Experience with content governance processes is nice to have, not required.
• Experience with data cleansing and ticket processing.
• Ability to work with diverse business functions and levels of seniority.
• Ability to run demos and training for users and stakeholders.
• Basic HTML coding knowledge and technical troubleshooting experience are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas like VLOOKUP) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets for adding, removing and changing content on the platform.
• Ensure contributors follow submission processes.
• Respond to queries and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Test platform during enhancements and development phases.
• Conduct bi-annual content audits and monthly reviews; transfer assets to new contributors.
• Provide demos and training to frontline users and contributors.
• Fulfill basic reporting requests and data cleanses.
• Make basic HTML page changes and support CMS access training.
