Role Overview

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will lead the transformation of Content Operations through the design, implementation, and adoption of strategic technology capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business, operations, and technology teams to modernize processes, reduce operational complexity, and drive automation at scale. This role combines product ownership, process transformation, stakeholder management, and technology strategy. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve how content is created, managed, and delivered, while ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires an individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, challenging legacy approaches, and driving measurable business outcomes through technology and process innovation.


What You'll Be Accountable For

Product Strategy & Ownership

Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for content infrastructure capabilities. Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions. Balance stakeholder requirements, business value, technical constraints, and operational impact when prioritising features and enhancements. Own business cases, product requirements, and release plans for capabilities under your remit.


Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimise operational processes. Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. Develop migration and adoption strategies for replacing legacy tools and processes. Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, resilience, and user experience.


Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Data Strategy, Risk, and Governance teams. Gather, assess, and prioritise stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions. Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority. Communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Performance & Governance

Define KPIs and success measures to monitor product performance, adoption, stability, and business value. Ensure operational controls, governance, and quality standards are maintained. Use data and reporting to drive continuous improvement decisions. Support risk management and regulatory compliance requirements where relevant.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

You can analyse complex operational environments, identify root causes, and design practical solutions. You'll demonstrate: Strong critical thinking skills. Data-led decision making. A structured approach to solving business problems.


Essential Experience


  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Significant experience leading business transformation, technology, or operational improvement initiatives.

  • Proven experience working across business and technology functions.

  • Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases.

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.

  • Experience establishing and reporting against KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.


Preferred Experience


  • Financial markets, data management, or content operations experience.

  • Experience with workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation programmes.

  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or other technologies used for automation and analytics.

  • Familiarity with AI agents, generative AI, and modern productivity platforms.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and enterprise collaboration tools.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organisations.


Career Stage: Manager

Compensation Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 205,600 zł - 325,100 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
