You will respond to inquiries, support sales and trading desks, and collaborate with Content, Entitlements, and Technical teams to resolve data questions and ensure high-quality service.

This role is suitable for candidates with knowledge of capital markets and a client-first mindset, offering opportunities across global markets and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling client inquiries via phone/email.
• Understanding of capital markets (Equities, Portfolio Management).
• Ability to manage high-pressure client situations.
• Strong business writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist equity/commodity managers and analysts with data search and portfolio analysis.
• Interpret market requirements and provide resolutions.
• Help clients maximize application usage and navigate LSEG products.
• Collaborate with Content, Tech Support, and Sales to resolve inquiries.
