Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Content Enablement Manager to join the Commercial Sales Enablement team. You will centralize content creation and governance to empower Sales, BD, CS, and Solutions Engineering with high-quality assets that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Design and Enablement to translate strategy into compelling sales narratives, battlecards, decks, and training. A global, collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success creating sales-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy, development and governance for the Sales enablement ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Design to ensure assets support opportunities and campaigns.
• Drive adoption and consistency of key messaging across regions and platforms.
• Gather feedback and analyze usage to continuously improve enablement content and impact.
