KION Business Services Polska, part of the KION Group, is seeking a Sales Back Office Junior Specialist to support order processing, invoicing and contract administration. You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure accurate data in SAP and CRM, while communicating with customers at key stages of the process.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP Finance would be an asset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems.
• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested.
• Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems.
• Supporting of contract renewals creation
• Purchase Requisition creation
• Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel.
• Close cooperation with Account Managers, local customer service team
