KION Business Services Polska, część KION Group, poszukuje dwóch Accounts Receivable Assistants w Krakowie. Twoje zadania obejmują analizę kont klientów, wystawianie faktur i paragonów, przetwarzanie wyciągów bankowych oraz tworzenie prostych raportów.

Qualifications

• Analytical mind with attention to details.
• English communicative, Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Student status; available min. 20h/week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts.
• Issue invoices and credit notes.
• Process bank statements.
• Create and generate simple ad hoc reports.
• Execute AR processes with deadlines (daily and period-end).
• Support senior team members in daily tasks.

Your Responsibility

Zakres obowiązków i wymagania:

• Customer accounts analyzes


• Issuing invoices and credit notes


• Bank statement processing


• Creating and generating simple ad hoc reports


• Execution of processes in AR, keeping deadlines on the daily basis and during period-end closing


• Timely and accurate processing of respective activities


• Supporting senior Team members in daily tasks based on needs

Your Skills And Expertise

• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details


• You speak English to a communicative degree, Spanish is a plus


• You know MS Excel on a very good level


• You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience


• You have a student status and are available min. 20h/week


• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
