KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Sales Back Office Junior Specialist in Kraków to support order processing, invoicing, contracts, and CRM activities. You will interact with Account Managers and the service team to ensure smooth transaction flow.

The role requires good English, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, improvement-minded mindset. Hybrid work and growth opportunities within the organization are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP Finance knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales orders in SAP and track in CRM systems.
• Issue invoices reflecting terms and prices from orders/tickets.
• Prepare contracts and create in CRM systems.
• Support contract renewals creation.
• Create Purchase Requisitions.
• Distribute invoices to customers on time via appropriate channels.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and local customer service.

Tasks and Qualifications

• Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems
• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested
• Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems
• Supporting of contract renewals creation
• Purchase Requisition creation
• Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel
• Close cooperation with Account Managers, local customer service team

Your Skills and Expertise

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to handle priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Finance would be an asset
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish would be an asset.
