PeopleForce is seeking a Sales Representative in Poland to drive growth in the hospitality sector. You will prospect, present, and close deals with restaurant partners, both on-site and remotely, leveraging a hunter mindset.

The role requires fluent Polish and good English, a background in B2B SaaS sales, and strong communication and closing skills. You will operate in a hybrid setup with visits to multiple cities across Poland.

Competenze

• Polish language at C1 level (native preferred)
• English for internal communication (B1–B2)
• Experience in B2B SaaS or digital platforms is a strong advantage

Mansioni

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Visit potential restaurant partners on-site for product demos
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth handovers
