Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Polish market, leading the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions. You will influence Trimble's footprint across Europe by connecting shippers with our network and forecasting deals to maximize ARR.

You will negotiate strategic contracts, pursue net-new business, and navigate fast-paced, international environments while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency within logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B SaaS solutions in SaaS, LogTech or Logistics sectors.
• Native or C2 level Polish and fluent/proficient English required.
• Demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing for the Polish market.
• Build, manage and forecast deals in CRM to hit ARR targets and grow Trimble's footprint.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations to protect contract value and secure strategic wins.
