Job summary

Dalux is expanding its sales team in Poland with a Sales Executive based at our Poznań office. You will drive growth in the Polish market by engaging contractors, identifying opportunities, and delivering top-tier service to both new and existing customers.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of contractors, proven B2B SaaS selling experience, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with a collaborative team spirit and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Contractors.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
• A great team player aiming for mutual success.
• Fluent in both Polish and English, oral as well as written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reaching out to and engaging potential clients.
• Implementing Dalux software for existing and new customers in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
• Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Representing Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences.
• Managing contract negotiations and pricing.
