Job summary

Dalux in Poznań is expanding its sales team and seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in the Polish market. You will identify and engage local contractors, promote Dalux software, and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to implement solutions.

In this role you will represent Dalux at events, manage negotiations and pricing, and build lasting relationships with customers through a proactive and service‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience with contractors.
• Experience in complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Team player who seeks mutual success.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to and engage potential clients.
• Execute Dalux software implementation with clients alongside Customer Success.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Represent Dalux at sales events, seminars, and conferences.
• Manage contract negotiations and pricing.
