Job summary

Dalux, an established software company, seeks a Sales Executive for the Polish market. You will drive contractor-focused B2B SaaS sales, identify opportunities, and engage new and existing clients with top‑tier service.

You will collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to implement Dalux software, cultivate long‑lasting customer relationships, and represent the company at events and conferences. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Contractors.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to build strong and long‑lasting customer relationships.
• A great team player aiming for mutual success.
• Fluent in both Polish and English, oral as well as written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reaching out to and engaging potential clients.
• Implementing Dalux software for existing and new customers in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
• Establishing and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Representing Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences.
• Managing contract negotiations and pricing.
