Qualifications

• Experience shipping in B2B SaaS for MSPs or IT professionals.
• Proven ability to work with distributed agile engineering teams.
• Customer-focused roadmapping and backlog ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Cove platform's roadmap and backlog end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Billing Ops to drive adoption.
• Lead onboarding, RBAC, and the trial-to-paid journey, from concept to release.
