Job summary

N-able invites a Product Manager to lead the Cove Data Protection platform, owning authentication, role-based access, and the end-to-end trial-to-paid journey. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Billing to translate partner feedback into a trusted roadmap and a unified platform experience.

In a hybrid work model, you’ll drive the platform backlog, collaborate with engineering and UX, and deliver incremental improvements that balance security, usability and business impact.

As Product Manager for the Cove platform, you own those three things: single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID across the entire product, role-based access control with custom roles and granular permissions, and the trial-to-paid journey. Around them you look after the shared platform experience – notifications, billing transparency, custom branding and the move of legacy UI to N‑able’s modern framework.

You own the roadmap and backlog for your area end to end, listen to partners, and turn what you learn into increments a dedicated engineering team and UX deliver, working closely with Sales, Support and Billing Operations.

What You'll Do

• Deliver single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID across Cove: user onboarding and conversion, provisioning and de‑provisioning, and support for partners’ security policies.
• Align Cove authentication with N‑able’s shared login services and drive it to full adoption.
• Own custom user roles and granular permissions end to end, from partner research and permission model to staged delivery.
• Manage the RBAC rollout: migration of existing roles, partner communication, and enablement for Support and Sales.
• Make the trial-to-paid journey simple and reliable, from sign‑up and provisioning through expiration, conversion and cleanup.
• Partner with Sales and Business Applications on the product‑led trial workflow and its metrics.
• Own the wider platform backlog: notifications and alerts, billing and subscription transparency, custom branding, and migration of remaining legacy UI to N‑able’s modern framework.
• Run the full lifecycle for your area from concept to release to end of service; prioritize with data – partner feedback, telemetry, support escalations and business metrics – and work trade‑offs with engineering and UX.

What You'll Bring

• First and foremost: smart, curious and fast to learn. A track record of picking up unfamiliar technical domains quickly and reasoning clearly about trade‑offs matters more to us than prior backup or identity experience.
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally serving MSPs or IT professionals.
• A record of shipping with distributed Agile engineering teams and holding your own with engineers and architects.
• Empathy for customers and the urgency to turn their voice into a roadmap.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels.
• Clear communication and the habit of working as one team across sales, engineering, support and business functions.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 21,000.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
