Job summary

N-able invites a Product Manager to lead the Cove Data Protection platform, owning authentication, role-based access, and the end-to-end trial-to-paid journey. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Billing to translate partner feedback into a trusted roadmap and a unified platform experience.

In a hybrid work model, you’ll drive the platform backlog, collaborate with engineering and UX, and deliver incremental improvements that balance security, usability and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to work with distributed engineering teams and architects.
• Strong communication and customer empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Own authentication and sign-on features across the Cove platform.
• Define and manage RBAC with granular permissions from research to delivery.
• Lead the trial-to-paid journey from signup to conversion and cleanup.
• Prioritize the platform backlog using data, telemetry and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Billing Operations to align roadmaps.
