N-able Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cove Storage and Data Management to own the Next-Gen Storage vision and roadmap. You will lead a storage engineering team, partner with Security, Finance and Sales, and translate partner feedback into a prioritized backlog and launch plan.

Cove Data Protection is N-able’s cloud-first backup and disaster recovery service for MSPs and IT professionals. Where and how partner data is stored is becoming the deciding factor in the deals we win: data sovereignty, cyber-insurance and compliance requirements, rising cloud storage costs, and the expectation of fast local recovery.

As Senior Product Manager for Cove Storage and Data Management, you own the answer to those questions. Your main area is Next-Gen Storage – a new storage architecture for Cove that brings per-device geo-redundancy, bring-your-own S3-compatible storage, independent local restore that works even during cloud outages, and unified storage metering – while preserving the plug-and-go simplicity smaller partners rely on today. Around it you own the data management layer: retention and data lifecycle policies, storage tiering, and the transition of partners from the current storage platform.

You act as the CEO of your domain: you own the vision, strategy and execution roadmap, listen to partners, understand market and competitive trends, and turn that insight into a prioritized backlog that a dedicated storage engineering team and architects deliver one increment at a time.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Cove Next-Gen Storage: geo-redundancy, bring-your-own-storage (S3), independent local restore, the local cache experience, and storage metering.
• Define the storage tiers and packaging that let MSPs monetize resilience and compliance – geo-redundancy, immutability, long-term and archive tiers – working with Pricing and Finance on metering and cost models.
• Own data management across Cove: retention and data lifecycle policies, automatic tiering to cold and archive storage, and the policy framework partners use to apply them at scale.
• Drive the security and compliance posture of storage – immutable copies, encryption and key management, anomaly detection, FIPS/FedRAMP-aligned controls – in partnership with Security and Architecture.
• Plan and lead the transition of partners from the current storage platform to Next-Gen Storage, including roadmap communication and migration options, while keeping the current platform healthy.
• Manage the full lifecycle from concept to release to end of service; prioritize with data – partner feedback, telemetry, support escalations, storage cost and reliability metrics, and competition.
• Engage partners and prospects to validate requirements and pricing, and work with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Marketing on positioning, launch and enablement.
• Partner with engineering and architecture on development trade-offs, generate options and alternatives, and drive the pragmatic best option forward.
• Monitor and influence storage revenue, gross margin, retention and support goals; recommend course corrections where needed.

What You'll Bring

• Smart, curious and fast to learn: a track record of mastering complex technical domains quickly and reasoning clearly about trade-offs.
• Demonstrated track record of launching SaaS products using an Agile / Scrum at scale approach with distributed engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of storage and data protection concepts – object storage (S3), replication and geo-redundancy, immutability, encryption, retention – and of cloud and SaaS delivery.
• Comfort with the business side of storage: unit economics, metering, cost of goods sold, and packaging and pricing of tiers.
• Passion and empathy for customers, and the urgency to translate their voice into a development roadmap.
• Proven ability to work as a team across sales, engineering, architecture, finance and other business functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels.
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 25,025.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
