Job summary

Delve Deeper is seeking a Director of Product Delivery to ensure our SaaS portfolio ships on time, to spec, and reliably as we onboard new clients. You will glue together Data Science, Engineering, and Front-end/Design into a single operating team and own delivery outcomes for client engagements.

This role focuses on getting things done, managing cross-functional squads, implementing repeatable processes, and balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery/project management experience with cross-functional teams (eng, data, design).
• Strong sense of operational rhythms: sprint planning, tracking, milestones, go-live dates.
• Comfort working with technical ICs without needing to code or design data models.
• Ability to translate client needs into delivery plans and manage expectations on timeline/scope.
• Bias toward execution and delivery under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with adtech/martech ecosystems is a plus, not required.
• AI-assisted development tools awareness and ability to sanity-check estimates/scope.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional orchestration, pulling Data Science, Engineering and Front-end/Design into one workflow per solution per client.
• Lead delivery rhythm and project management across all solutions and clients in flight.
• Manage team workload, priorities, unblockers, and performance without coding or design duties.
• Own client onboarding and delivery execution from contract to live environment, including configuration and integration sequencing.
• Prioritize within a roadmap, triaging urgent integrations, bug fixes, and new features.
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks, intake templates, and checklists to speed onboarding.
• Identify risks, data quality issues, and escalation points and address them early.
• Provide leadership with clear, honest status updates on shipped, late, and blocked work.
