Job summary

ambiscale is seeking a Delivery Lead to shape how our Delivery team operates and to drive projects for renowned brands. You will work directly with top leadership to plan, prioritize, respond to risks, and grow a high-performing organization that delivers quality work predictably.

You’ll guide delivery across multiple engagements, implement AI-driven improvements, and help teams reduce repetitive work while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Has at least 4 years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Knows how to transfer ideas between teams and clients.
• Understands modern web project lifecycles and planning impacts.

Responsibilities

• Co-create how the Delivery team works with executive leaders.
• Optimize and automate Delivery processes using AI to reduce manual work.
• Ensure quality, profitability, and predictability across the project portfolio.
• Make priorities and capacity planning decisions in a dynamic agency environment.
• Identify risks before they impact clients or the team.
• Support Project Managers on challenging projects and guide decisions.
• Independently lead selected client projects.
• Continuously improve planning, execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales on planning new projects and Delivery feasibility.
