Job summary

Evolution is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to translate business, compliance, and regulatory needs into actionable requirements for internal products and services. You will manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance while aligning scope with the product vision.

The role requires collaboration with Compliance, Product, and Technical Operations, driving backlog refinement and roadmap ownership, and ensuring clear acceptance

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product or delivery roles within a technology environment.
• Experience translating business and regulatory needs into clear requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape scope for initiatives and translate requirements for the development team.
• Plan and coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Maintain the product backlog reflecting regulatory and technical needs.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap and release lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
