Job summary

TrueLoyal is seeking a Hybrid Role Project Manager to own customer onboarding from contract to live launch. The role blends technical project management, frontend deployment, and consultative program design, requiring strong collaboration with engineering, solutions architecture, and support teams.

You will manage multiple onboarding projects, guide JavaScript integrations on client storefronts, and ensure successful launches with clear ownership and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years owning enterprise B2B SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands-on browser/JS troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own 8 to 12 concurrent onboarding projects through our milestone model.
• Guide clients through placing and configuring our JavaScript integration on their storefront.
• Validate purchase tracking and webhook flows end to end across ecommerce stacks.
• Run the launch-readiness gate against the Master Launch Checklist and manage risk.
• Hand off cleanly to the CSM with a documented account and plan.
• Produce weekly client-facing status updates and maintain reporting quality.
