Job summary

RapidSeedbox, a profitable bootstrapped B2C SaaS company, seeks a Director of Product to own product strategy, growth, and execution while leading Product, Engineering, and IT Operations. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone with strong PLG experience, technical fluency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will drive the roadmap, optimize the self-service journey from acquisition to monetization, and partner with the CEO to steer growth across a global remote team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading product and tech teams in SaaS.
• Experience growing a SaaS product with a product-led, self-serve model.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with senior engineers.
• Experience in bootstrapped or lean technology environments.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for growth.
• Optimize the self-service customer journey from acquisition to monetization.
• Lead Product & Technology org, including Growth PM, Head of Engineering, Head of IT Operations.
• Set clear KPIs, scorecards, and accountability across Product and Technology.
• Drive experiments to improve adoption, recurring revenue, and lifecycle metrics.
