Job summary

Signify in Łódź is seeking an experienced Record-to-Report professional to lead the RTR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP. You will manage financial reporting activities and support internal controls to protect data integrity.

You will prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in key control processes, collaborating with finance colleagues and auditors to deliver timely, reliable information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with basic knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Record-to-Report processes, statutory accounting, and financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the record-to-report (RTR) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate financial reporting activities to meet internal and external requirements.
• Oversee internal controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.
• Establish local policies and procedures for statutory accounting and reporting.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate audit deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in statutory and tax rules and assess impact.
