Job summary

TMF Group in Katowice, Poland is seeking a Senior RTR Specialist to join our finance and accounting function. You will handle R2R (GL) tasks and support timely, high-quality financial reporting in line with IFRS.

Responsibilities include month-end close activities, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting rules. You will mentor teammates and help drive process improvements, including automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar RTR/GL role.
• Proficient in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of accounting rules and modern accounting practices.
• Experience with process documentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bookkeeping aligns with group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Perform R2R/GL activities and month-end close supporting timely reporting.
• Produce variance analyses and explain significant deviations.
• Review and reconcile accounts and ensure quality data for reports.
• Guide and develop team members and support internal/external audits.
