Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland is seeking a Statutory Reporting Coordinator to ensure statutory reporting compliance across regions. You will report to the Statutory Reporting Lead and partner with finance, business stakeholders, and external auditors to deliver accurate financial statements.

Key duties include leading the preparation and review of statutory financial statements, driving process improvements, strengthening controls, and coordinating with external reporting providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience within a large multinational.
• Strong technical accounting and finance knowledge.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work independently and with stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and support annual audit activities.
• Collaborate with finance teams and legal entity boards to resolve statutory reporting matters.
• Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliant and efficient execution of statutory reporting activities through controls and oversight.
• Identify and resolve operational issues arising throughout the statutory reporting cycle.
• Support enhancements to finance processes, systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external reporting providers and provide subject matter expertise to support issue resolution.
