Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a GFSS RTR Lead Accountant based in Kraków to drive high-quality Record-to-Report processes, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and support global finance controls within a multicultural shared services environment.

You will partner with local teams, group functions and auditors, lead end-to-end accounting activities, and contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• ACCA, CIMA or local equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of RtR experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience in multinational or Shared Services environment is beneficial.
• SAP and SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Availability to work second shift during month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RtR activities within GFSS scope.
• Partner with local teams, Group functions, and auditors.
• Resolve complex accounting matters and support audits.
• Ensure timely, high-quality financial deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal controls and IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate tax accounting activities as per SLA.
