Avon Cosmetics Polska SP. Z.O.O. seeks an experienced RTR Supervisor to lead the Record to Report team and drive high-quality financial reporting across CELL markets. You will strengthen internal controls, support audits, and develop a high-performing team in an international finance operation.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, IFRS knowledge, and ERP experience (JDE/E1). You will collaborate with stakeholders across locations to continuously improve processes and reporting quality.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within a multinational organisation or Shared Service Centre environment.
• Experience in supervisory roles such as team lead or senior accounting position.
• Strong understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of IFRS and related accounting standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as JDE/E1 or similar platforms.

Mansioni

• Supervising and supporting RTR Accountants across multiple accounting areas.
• Managing the month-end close calendar and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
• Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations.
• Overseeing fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and related journal entries.
• Reviewing revenue and cost accounting activities, accruals, reporting, and submissions.
• Supervising inventory and obsolescence accounting, including provision calculations and cost updates.
• Reviewing bank statement processing and account reconciliations.
• Ensuring accurate lease accounting and IFRS 16 compliance.
• Owning and monitoring internal controls within the RTR process area and supporting audit requirements.
• Preparing quarterly certification commentary and participating in certification reviews.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for finance stakeholders, Chief Accountants, Heads of Finance, and auditors.
• Driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardisation initiatives.
• Supporting statutory audit activities and coordinating with external auditors.
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting growth of team members
