You will prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate audits with the Financial Controller, and maintain strong internal controls while driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year hands-on RTR experience under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.

More about the role

Leads the record to report processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinates financial reporting activities to meet internal and external requirements. Oversees internal controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.

• Responsible for the process execution and compliance of all Record-to-Report process under IFRS and local GAAP (MEC, BSAR, BSR, JVs etc.).
• Preparation Statutory Financial Statement and coordination audit deliverables together with Financial Controller.
• Up to date with changes on statutory & tax rules and regulations; assesses business impact.
• Establish (local) policies & procedures for statutory accounting & reporting, including statutory accounts.
• Safeguard compliance with accounting standards and regulations (FRT, IFRS, local regulations, directives).
• Share data from financials as and when necessary to resolve Statutory/Tax/Group and Internal audit queries.
• Provide accurate & timely data for fiscal reporting and other requirements.
• ExecuteICSControls relatedto the RTR domainin a timely and accurate manner.
• Supportsauditswith documentations, process descriptionsetc.
• Responsibleforthe implementationandmaintenanceof continuous improvement and harmonization initiativesrelatedto key control processes (PRE_MEC,MECTS,BSAR,BSR).
• Linkingpinwiththeothercounterparts within finance domains concerningaccounting of OTC and PTP.
• Pro-ActiveTeamplayerwithintheRTRdomain reaching outto the financialcontrollerandtootherstakeholderswhennecessary.
