Job summary

Avon in Poland is seeking an experienced RTR Supervisor to lead our Record to Report team across CELL markets, delivering high-quality financial reporting.

You will manage month-end closes, maintain internal controls, support audits, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.

Fluency in English, 3+ years, and IFRS knowledge are essential; ERP experience with JDE/E1 preferred. This permanent role offers career growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance or Accounting, ideally in multinational or SSC environment.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of RTR processes and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close and IFRS.
• English proficiency at professional level.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE/E1.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RTR accountants across assets, revenue, inventory, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end close calendar and reporting deadlines.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee revenue/cost accounting, accruals, and submissions.
• Monitor internal controls and support audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation within RTR.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide quarterly certifications.
• Develop and coach team members through regular one-on-one meetings.
