Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje specjalisty IT Infrastructure Engineer, aby projektować, budować i utrzymywać automatyzację w środowiskach hybrydowych.

Do obowiązków należy zarządzanie Ansible, Jenkins i Linuksem oraz wprowadzanie nowoczesnych technologii, takich jak Kubernetes i chmury. Wymagane jest minimum 2 lata praktycznego doświadczenia z Ansible/Jenkins, dobra znajomość Linuksa (RHEL) i konteneryzacji.

Qualifications

• Wymagane wykształcenie z informatyki/IT lub pokrewionej.
• Minimum 2 lata praktycznego doświadczenia z Ansible i Jenkins (lub podobnymi platformami orkestracyjnymi).
• Dobra znajomość środowisk Linuksa (RHEL preferowany) oraz konteneryzacji (Docker/Podman).

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie, budowanie i utrzymanie gotowych do produkcji playbooks i ról Ansible w środowiskach hybrydowych.
• Zarządzanie infrastrukturą Ansible, Jenkins i Linuks oraz utrzymanie spójności środowisk.
• Wdrażanie nowoczesnych technologii, w tym Kubernetes i platform chmurowych.
• Świadczenie wsparcia technicznego dla zespołów deweloperskich i produkcyjnych.
• Rozwiązywanie problemów i optymalizacja zadań pod kątem wydajności i skalowalności.
• Udział w projektach międzydziałowych dla standaryzacji automatyzacji w globalnych lokalizacjach.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready Ansible playbooks and roles across hybrid environments
• Orchestrate and maintain Ansible, Jenkins, and Linux infrastructure
• Implement modern technologies, including Kubernetes and cloud-integrated platforms
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and production teams
• Troubleshoot execution issues and optimize technical tasks to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Participate actively in cross-functional projects to drive standardized automation across global locations

Our requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum 2 year of hands‑on experience with Ansible and Jenkins (or using comparable orchestration platforms like AWX/AAP)
• Working knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL preferred) and container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of source code management system (Git)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Polish with cross-company IT specialists and stakeholders
• Team player and self‑motivated
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms is a distinct plus
