• Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami biznesowymi lub oprogramowaniem korporacyjnym.
• Umiejętność rozumienia kontekstów technicznych i rozwiązywania problemów w sposób uporządkowany.

Responsibilities

• Wsparcie i dalszy rozwój istniejącej platformy Power Platform (PIMP).
• Analiza wymagań od działów specjalistycznych i koordynacja odpowiednich rozwiązań.
• Wsparcie użytkowników w kwestiach technicznych i merytorycznych.
• Konfiguracja i dostosowywanie aplikacji i procesów Power Platform.
• Analiza awarii i wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu problemów.

Responsibilities

• Support and further development of the existing PIMP platform
• Analysis of requirements from the specialist departments and coordination of suitable solutions
• Support of users with professional and technical questions
• Configuration and customization of Power Platform applications and processes
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting support
• Close cooperation with international departments, project teams and IT departments
• Support in the introduction of new functions and processes
• Collaboration on optimization and digitization projects

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• First hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Programming experience in C# or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Basic understanding of data structures, interfaces, and application architectures
• Experience working with business applications or enterprise software
• Ability to understand technical contexts and solve problems in a structured way

Other Skills

• Good written and spoken English skills (mandatory)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with specialist departments
• High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
• Solution-oriented thinking

Desirable knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Initial experience with RPA solutions (e.g. UiPath)
• First experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
