Zusammenfassung

SANY Group in Poland seeks a dedicated Financing Channel Manager to build and manage a robust network of banks, leasing, and other financiers. You will develop and maintain a repository of partners, drive financing-enabled sales growth, and tailor financing solutions to orders and customers.

Fluent Polish and English are required, with Chinese a plus. The role centers on optimizing financing operations, assessing credit risk, and coordinating approvals and disbursements to empower the sales

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in banking, leasing, or corporate financing; construction machinery financing preferred.
• Familiarity with the Polish financing market and financial products.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness, structure financing, and coordinate approvals/disbursements.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Chinese knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Financing Channel Development and Management: Establish a financing channel management framework for the Poland business unit. Develop and manage relationships with banks, international and local financing companies, leasing companies, factoring companies, insurers, and other financial partners. Build and continuously update a database of financing institutions and partners.
• Facilitate sales through financing solutions, support order conversion, and increase the proportion of sales supported by financing.
• Develop financing resources, identify suitable financing solutions for sales orders, and efficiently match financing needs with appropriate providers.
• Understand key financing providers' and partners' business philosophies, risk appetites, and competitive strengths. Strengthen and maintain partner relationships and financing channels, including relationships with senior management at key institutions.
• Assess the current state and challenges of financing operations in Poland, and develop management solutions to improve financing business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking, leasing, or corporate financing; experience in construction machinery or equipment financing is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Polish financing market and financial products, with the ability to develop financing channels and manage financial partnerships.
• Ability to assess customer creditworthiness, structure financing solutions, and coordinate financing approvals and disbursements to support sales.
• Fluent in Polish and English, with strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
