Job summary

SANY Group in Poland seeks a dedicated Financing Channel Manager to build and manage a robust network of banks, leasing, and other financiers. You will develop and maintain a repository of partners, drive financing-enabled sales growth, and tailor financing solutions to orders and customers.

Fluent Polish and English are required, with Chinese a plus. The role centers on optimizing financing operations, assessing credit risk, and coordinating approvals and disbursements to empower the sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years in banking, leasing, or corporate financing; construction machinery financing preferred.
Familiarity with the Polish financing market and financial products.
Ability to assess creditworthiness, structure financing, and coordinate approvals/disbursements.
Fluent in Polish and English; Chinese knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Financing Channel Development and Management: establish a framework, build a database of partners.
Facilitate sales through financing solutions and increase orders supported by financing.
Develop financing resources and match needs with providers efficiently.
Understand partner business philosophies and strengthen senior management relationships.
Assess Poland financing operations and develop solutions to improve performance.
