The ideal candidate brings significant technical service experience and a hands-on approach, with opportunities for flexible working hours and a competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 gross per month plus equity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Additional 5+ years in technical service management or similar roles.
- Proven track record in managing outsourced service operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an outsourced service and maintenance system.
- Work with Procurement to manage external service providers.
- Define and monitor key service metrics to drive improvement.
