Job summary

Nomagic is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to coordinate on-site deployments, travel logistics and customer support across EU client sites. You will be based in Warsaw or travel frequently, acting as the liaison between clients and engineering teams, ensuring smooth field operations and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, excellent English (B2+), and a valid EU driver’s license. Salary 7,000–10,000 PLN on UoP plus per diem.

Qualifications

• Experience in field support, logistics, QA, or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Strong organizational and self-management capabilities.
• Valid EU driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Organise travel logistics and budgeting for international site visits.
• Represent the company during on-site deployments and escalations.
• Document site conditions and post-visit summaries.
• Coordinate with PM and Engineering to prepare site activities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with high-quality support.
