Qualifications

• Independent and highly organized with a technical curiosity.
• Experience in field support, logistics, QA, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize travel logistics, approvals, and budgeting for international site visits.
• Handle receipts and the reimbursement process.
• Represent the company during on-site deployments, maintenance, and escalations.
• Support on-site setup tasks and communicate with client staff.
• Document site conditions, workflows, and post-visit summaries.
• Coordinate with PM and Engineering to prepare and summarize site activities.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Skills

Excellent organizational and self-management skills

Strong written and spoken English (B2+)

Comfortable with international travel

Proactive mindset

Valid European driver's license
