Ideal candidates will have extensive technical and service management experience in the robotics or industrial automation sector, enjoy collaborating across teams, and possess a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in PLC and HMI programming.
• Additional 5+ years in technical service management or field service engineering.
• Proven track record in managing outsourced technical services.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a robust outsourced service and maintenance system.
• Define and monitor key service metrics to drive improvements.
• Manage the service and maintenance budget.
