Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Robotics Engineer to join our Engineering Competence Center in Warsaw. You will design and commission robot systems, prepare programs according to client specs, and optimize cycle times on production lines.

The role requires at least 3 years with KUKA robots, ability to read and create technical docs, fluent Polish and English (B2), and willingness to travel up to 60%. Nice-to-have PLC programming experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and commissioning robots.
• Experience in programming KUKA robots.
• Ability to read and create technical and project documentation.
• Communicative English language skills at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year.
• Knowledge of automation/robotics standards (BMW GSC, BMW TMO, VASS, INTEGRA, SCUBE, FAST).
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Must reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Preparing programs according to client specifications and standards.
• Commissioning robots on lines for processes such as welding, spot welding, gluing, and painting.
• Optimizing the process and production cycle time.
• Installing and configuring appropriate hardware and software options.
