Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a skilled governance professional to help teams proactively identify risks, track mitigation actions, and manage change effectively in Kraków. You will contribute to structured programs, ensuring clear communication and alignment across initiatives.

In this role you will maintain the risk register, support risk reporting for internal and client stakeholders, coordinate change documentation, and monitor implementation progress while upholding governance standards and SOPs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Solid understanding of risk and change control processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Looker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Exposure to frameworks such as ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL.
• Experience supporting field or desk-based client operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the risk register with accurate, timely data.
• Track mitigation actions and support risk reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate change request documentation and approvals.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure traceability of change activities.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and SOPs across project teams.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
