Accenture in Kraków is seeking a Risk Analyst to join the Market Wide Risk Practice. You will support regulatory change projects, shape risk and compliance topics, and turn data-driven insights into actionable guidance for financial clients.

You'll work with an international team, using English as the common language, and travel to client locations across Europe as needed. The role offers a structured development path and a comprehensive training package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Regulatory Compliance or Change Management experience.
• Knowledge of MiFID II / MiFIR, EMIR, Basel III/IV, CRD V/VI, ICAAP.
• Understanding Capital Markets and financial products.
• Translate complex regulatory concepts into business language for stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory change projects across frameworks such as EMIR, BASEL, DORA, MiFID II, and MiFIR.
• Shape Accenture's thought capital around current and emerging Risk & Compliance topics.
• Use analytical skills to provide clarity to regulatory issues and data-driven insights.
• Help clients leverage technology to enhance compliance and risk management functions.
• Work with an international team where English is the common language.
