Job summary

Sii Sweden, Kraków office, seeks a Control Manager – Governance & Frameworks to design, maintain and improve technology risk and control processes in a highly regulated environment.

You will monitor effectiveness with KPIs/KRIs/KCIs, ensure governance activities are consistently executed, and support reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires translating technical concepts for business audiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in technology risk, control, or governance.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with KPI, KPI, and KCI metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.
• Willingness to visit Krakow office twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain risk and control management processes.
• Monitor effectiveness using KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs.
• Ensure consistent execution of governance and control activities.
• Support internal and external reporting.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Escalate issues and support decision-making when needed.
