Job summary

State Street Corporation Poland is seeking a Business Risk Manager to own end-to-end risk reporting and governance processes. You will ensure data quality, challenge risk data and committee submissions, and coordinate deliverables across locations and teams.

The role requires 5+ years in a dynamic business setting, English proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. Office presence 3 days weekly is expected, with a broad benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a dynamic business environment
• English proficiency is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience in analytical or regulatory work is advantageous
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus
• Office presence at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Business Risk Management reporting and governance processes end to end
• Provide quality assurance over risk data, MI and committee submissions
• Identify, assess, escalation and monitor material risks and control gaps
• Manage competing priorities and make risk-based decisions within authority
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Coordinate deliverables across locations and oversight teams
