HeadHR is seeking a seasoned professional for the Traded Risk Measurement, Monitoring & Control function in Kraków. You will coordinate Traded Risk projects, provide analytical support in Market Risk and Cross Risk, and lead regulatory initiatives while driving a globalised risk control framework.

The role requires 5+ years in banking, deep market risk knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills, with English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, mathematics or econometrics.
• At least 5 years of relevant banking experience in Risk, Product Control, Front Office or Middle Office.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading business and market-risk concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Traded Risk Measurement, Monitoring & Control function in the global Risk & Compliance organisation.
• Act as a subject matter expert, coordinate Traded Risk projects and provide analytical support in Market Risk and Cross Risk.
• Lead initiatives addressing regulatory challenges and optimise the Traded Risk control framework.
• Streamline, standardise and globalise infrastructure, processes and reporting.
• Provide requirements for risk-system changes and support development and UAT testing.
• Align the function with the Global Operating Model and maintain relationships with Risk Managers, Front Office, Middle Office and Product Control.
